For anyone who hasn't seen Over the Garden Wall the main villain, The Beast, is an eerie creature that lurks in the woods preying on the lost. I wanted to illustrate the creepiness that he puts off in a simple animation. My other goals were to show depth using layers that move at varying speeds dependent upon their distance from the camera.
